We are super excited to announce a new partnership with Profile by Sanford, the weight loss and health coaching program.
Starting on 7/20/20, a nutrition coach from Profile by Sanford will be offering various webinars on nutrition, exercise and wellness to help support and help motivate everyone’s “at-home” nutrition and exercise needs and best of all, it is all free!
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
Profile by Sanford will host a variety of nutrition educational webinars via Zoom for 4 weeks. Each educational webinar will focus on one aspect of health including nutrition, activity or lifestyle topics such as: Nutrition A-Z, Hunger and Emotions, Meal Planning Made Easy, Portions That Fuel, Meal Prepping Tips , Alcohol Hacks, At-Home Dining Tips, Activity or Exercise, Stress Management, Love the Skin You’re In! and many, many more. These webinars are 30 minutes followed by Q&A and all are welcome, whether you’d like to participate with your camera on or off, it’s your choice!
WHEN CAN WE START?
The webinars start on 7/20/20 at 10:30am. Now with the exercise component just start today, tomorrow or over the weekend. Anytime is a good time start to move more. The program runs from now through Sunday, August 16th. “Workout to Win” winners chosen the following week. We will choose the most active 10 participants in both classes and webinars for prizes.

Now, it is your choice how often you would like to attend and what exercise programming you choose to participate in but, variety is often a key success, so go ahead and give all webinars and exercise programs a shot. Who knows, you may learn a new nutrition tip or love an activity and did not even know it until now!

Monday, August 3rd, 10:30am, Webinar 3 of 4, Celebrating Non-Scale Victories – Measuring progress on the scale is important but measuring progress off the scale is just as important.
Monday, August 10th, 10:30am, Webinar 4 of 4. Holiday Alcohol Hacks – Alcohol is discouraged during the weight loss but come learn some new hacks to still be able to enjoy without indulging.
Profile by Sanford recommends 150 minutes per week (or 20 min per day) of light to moderate exercise spread out throughout the week. We encourage a variety of workout and exercise routines such as basic activities like gardening, walking, or doing housework as well as exercise programming like strength training, cardio circuits, spin, yoga, pilates and more. Whatever you choose is up to you! The more you move the better.

Why not? The Workout to Win program will not only help keep you motivated for your exercise needs with plenty of diverse programming for cardio, strength, flexibility and/or core needs, it will also help support you by helping you keep focused on your nutrition during the weekly educational seminars.
We have supplied you with a fun tool to help track all your participation. Now, this is an “on your honor” program but it is always fun to have a visual to keep you motivated.
